READY to get started?
• Start buying, selling and trading today. Click “Register Now” and begin the process. You will enter your information in to a safe and secure database. • If you would like to sell an item, listings are FREE. You click on “SELL” and follow the prompts. If you want to sell your items in an auction format, where you set the starting price, select auction. If you are looking for a trade, select Trade. If you would like to sell your item at a specific cost with no auction, select Fixed price. If you have a quantity of the same item, you can select “dutch” and this allows multiple users to bid on your inventory. If you are selling multiple items, where the buyer will select size, quantity, etc. and the buyer can not bid on-line for the specific item, you should choose Classified Ad. This will allow you to put specifics on how to contact you, etc. There is a small fee for this type of listing, however no success fee is taken at the end by GraniteBayExchange.com. If you have a large item or very unique where buyers will want to see the item before buying, Classified Ads might be the right option as well. If you choose to upgrade the way your item is posted, i.e. Featured Homepage or Gallery Listing or more than 2 free photos, there is a small fee for this which will be charged upfront.

DELIVERY
• If you are willing to delivery or offer pick-up because you are close to or within Granite Bay, bypass the shipping option, and place the details of delivery or pick-up in the verbiage section. This way, users know they can save on the purchase by avoiding expensive delivery if it is a large item.

BUYING
• When you find an item that you are interested in bidding on, click the item to open the page. The current bid amount will be on the bottom of the page. You select the current bid amount or you can increase it if you so desire. Once your bid is entered, the site will ask you to review bid. Click on review and verify your bid. Once you accept your bid, you will click on accept. If it is a regular auction bid, the site will then let you know you have the current highest bid.
